In a company-wide survey with an 82% participation rate, IDEAL Industries, Inc. employees highlighted the positive culture and benefits that led to the company’s Most Loved Workplace® certification. This includes flexible (hybrid/remote) work options, inclusion efforts, learning and development opportunities, community service paid time off, and well-being programs. 

 

The survey results indicated high levels of employee satisfaction with the company, including:

 

  • 76% of respondents indicated they are engaged with their IDEAL Industries, Inc. workplace, exceeding industry benchmarks of 70% for other global manufacturers and 73% for other family-owned businesses.
  • 82% of respondents agreed IDEAL is living up to its values of kindness, integrity, respect, accountability, growth, and sustainability.
  • 73% of respondents indicated they intended to stay with the company, a significantly higher than average level of employee satisfaction. In contrast, a 2024 study indicated nearly half (46%) of all U.S. employees were considering leaving their current jobs.
  • 88% of respondents indicated that IDEAL Industries, Inc. meets or exceeds their expectations.
