SYCAMORE, ILL. – IDEAL Industries, Inc., a global leader in electrical, power management, and industrial charging solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of three distinguished professionals to its Board of Directors: Victoria Dolan, Chris Larson, and Jamie Tucker.
Victoria Dolan brings over 35 years of experience leading financial management and strategic planning at companies like Revlon, Colgate-Palmolive, Marriott International, The Coca-Cola Company, and Atlantic Richfield (ARCO). She has a proven track record of delivering growth-oriented business results and has lived and worked on four continents.
Most recently, Victoria served as the Chief Financial Officer of Revlon, where she led transformation, strategic planning, global finance, investor relations, enterprise risk management, information technology, and cybersecurity solutions. Her expertise in financial management and global business transformation will be instrumental in guiding IDEAL Industries through its next phase of growth and innovation.
Chris Larson is a fourth-generation shareholder for IDEAL Industries, Inc. with a career spanning a quarter of a century at IDEAL. She has served in various roles, including Vendor Management Inventory Analyst and Chair of the IDEAL Industries Foundation. Chris has developed deep experiential knowledge of the company’s products, people, and culture in her time with the company.
Chris is a strategic relationship builder and manager, known for her expertise in family governance and inventory management. Her deep knowledge of IDEAL's products and culture, combined with her strategic acumen, will enhance the Board's ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver exceptional value to customers.
Jamie Tucker is a fourth-generation shareholder of IDEAL Industries, Inc. and currently serves as Voting Trustee, Board Director, and Family Council Member. Jamie has actively led family ownership within the IDEAL family governance structure.
Beyond IDEAL, Jamie is a persistent serial entrepreneur with ventures in aquatic invasive species mitigation, biochar production, and commercial compost production. Jamie's entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of family governance will inspire innovative thinking and ethical business practices, helping to shape the strategic direction of the Board.
