Buyer TSI, Churchill acquires Casella

 

 

SYCAMORE, Ill. - IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC announced today a strategic divestiture of Casella, a global manufacturer and supplier of occupational and environmental monitoring equipment, selling the U.K.-based company to TSI Instruments Ltd., a subsidiary of US-based TSI Incorporated, an international leader in the design and production of precision measurement instruments. This change best serves Casella's growth plans as IDEAL focuses on core business, channel segments and customers. IDEAL continues to strengthen their strategic global focus on growth in professional electrician products, high power density connectors and superior charging systems.
