Meghan Juday is a seasoned corporate governance expert with over 18 years of experience in family business. She has developed a deep understanding of the issues, challenges, and opportunities that family businesses face, since joining the IDEAL board in 2008. Juday’s strategic vision and dedication to the success of the company earned her the title of Vice Chair in 2018 and Chairman in 2020. 

Soon after her nomination to the board, Juday saw a gap in resources for female board chairs and founded the Lodis Forum, a rare and transparent collective, created for women serving in board leadership. As a consultant, director of a family business center, and now exclusively for IDEAL and the IDEAL family, Meghan continues to make her mark and impact those she serves for the better
